Celebrate Maths Week @ Lifetime Lab with a Learn it LEGO Education workshops

Children will practice and develop skills using LEGO Education resources to predict, estimate, observe, measure, and record investigations. Exercising scientific inquiry skills, though direct hand on science, maths, engineering & technology (S.T.E.M.) activities.

With two distinct primary level workshops to choose from, WeDo® Junior Robotics for (1st-3rd class) is perfect for introducing robotics, ICT skills and teamwork, while Machines & Mechanisms is ideally suited for 3rd-6th class groups. Learn it workshop activities complement the S.E.S.E. and Maths curriculum in a fun and engaging way.

Teacher Notes

• Workshops available Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th and Friday 16th October
• Workshop times are 9.30, 11.00 and 12.30
• Cost is €5 per child
• One class group per workshop
• WeDo Junior Robotics is suitable for 1st - 3rd class
• Machine & Mechanisms is suitable for 3rd - 6th class
