Teacher Summer Courses @ Lifetime Lab
Book these courses through the Cork Education Support Centre from early May 2016
‘Exploring Primary Science’ is a summer course for primary school teachers run by Una Leader of Lifetime Lab. One course will run from 4th-8th July at Lifetime Lab on the Lee Road. A second course will be held at the First Fruits Arts Centre in Watergrasshill from 11th -15th July.
Building on the success of Lifetime Lab’s science workshops for primary school classes, this will be very much a practical course with examples of hands on activities using everyday items that can be used in the classroom to develop science skills and concepts and encourage discovery and investigation.

These courses will run from 9.30am to 2.30pm each day.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided for morning break at 11am and tea, coffee and sandwiches for lunch at 1pm.
These courses are most suited to teachers of third to sixth classes.
These courses are being run by Una Leader with the assistance of Mary England.
These courses are approved by the Department of Education for the purposes of the awarding EPV days to primary school teachers.
The first course will run at Lifetime Lab and the second course in Watergrasshill.
