Dates for MathsWorks Mobile school visits are available with SEAI Workshops and Explorers Marine Science to be announced shortly. 

This is a very special workshop programme uniquely available to schools in Cork City and County. In our Primary Science Workshops children from 3rd to 6th class can explore topics from the SESE Science Curriculum under the guidance of a qualified teacher experienced in the teaching of Primary Science. The 3 1/2 hour workshops are full of hands on practical science activities that encourage discovery and investigation.

Primary Science Workshop topics change each year and individual workshops are adapted to suit the class levels attending. Equipment used consists of simple accessible household items and all activities are planned to be possible in a classroom/school setting. Over the years teachers have commented that the workshop are a great source of ideas and have helped teachers develop their own science teaching.

If you would like your class to feature on our website please download the Lifetime Lab Photo Permission Slip and return to Lifetime Lab in advance of your visit.
